We make every effort to display the colours, sizes, and descriptions of our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and natural variations in materials, slight differences may occur.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received in full. We accept payments via secure payment gateways (e.g., PayFast, EFT). Johline van Lille Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order if a product is unavailable or if there is a pricing or description error.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within South Africa using reliable courier services. Delivery times vary but are generally 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange unworn and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jvljewellery.co.za with your order number. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

7. Warranties and Repairs

Our jewellery is handcrafted with care using high-quality materials. We offer a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, general wear and tear, or improper care. Repair services are available; please contact us for a quote.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Johline van Lille Jewellery and may not be reproduced without our express written permission.
