At Johline van Lille Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation email or invoice).
  • Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items Gift cards

  • Sale items marked as “final sale”
  • Custom-made or engraved items

4. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for sizing or design variations (where applicable).
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
