At Johline van Lille Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation email or invoice).
- Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
3. Non-Returnable Items Gift cards
- Sale items marked as “final sale”
- Custom-made or engraved items
4. Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for sizing or design variations (where applicable).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
7. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
