1. Processing Time

All  ready to ship items are processed within 2- 5 business days and 2-4 weeks for personalised or custom made pieces. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery time within South Africa is 2–5 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Local & International Shipping
